Interior

The main building of the Estate is a mansion built in 1640 in the distinctive lines of Genoan architecture. The ground floor is the residence of the mansions' managers and the first floor along with the outbuildings have 7 apartments that can host at least 14 visitors.

All rooms have large windows with a splendid view to the garden, many flowers and paintings, each one decorated in its own style.
The corridor in front of the rooms has an impressive array of antiques, such as old radios, paintings, even an old cinematographic camera of 1935.

The main building is accompanied by two smaller wings. One of them used to be the residence of the servants.

The distinctive aroma of the citrus trees and the legendary jasmines of Chios pervade every single room. Pieces of antiques, objects d' art and various creations by Perleas's managers add a most impressive touch to the interior of the apartments.
